Santorini Barrel Aged from the Basalt Winery 
has a medium lemon color with golden highlights. 
On the nose it has strong aromas of unripe yellow 
fruits and citrus on a background of diffuse minerality. 
Peach, vanilla, tobacco, toast, citrus and grapefruit 
are accompanied by subtle aromas of wet stone and tsakmakopetra.

In the mouth rich, creamy, with intensity that awakens the palate. 
The aromas of the barrel are uniquely 
combined with the mineral character. 
The characteristically accentuated acidity gives 
a nerve while a slightly melancholy feeling sweetens 
the citrus in the mouth, accompanying the salty, 
long-lasting finish.
