Organoleptic characteristics:
White-yellow with greenish-yellow highlights and a strong varietal aroma of flowers and citrus fruits on the nose and mouth, with white rose and orange blossoms predominating. Fresh wine, full and balanced with a long aftertaste.
Combinations:
It accompanies salads, appetizers, seafood and fish dishes, such as roasted clams and mussels pilaf, meat dishes such as lamb with oregano, salted pork, pork, but also fruit dishes. Soft, low-fat cheeses, such as Domokou katiki. Versatile, matches almost all tastes. Served at 10-12°C.
