Varietal composition: Malagouzia 100%.
Category: Central Greece, vineyards on the slopes of Mount Kithaironas,
60 km West of Attica at an altitude of 450 meters.
Microclimate: The climate of Attica is world famous: hot and dry
summers give way to suddenly cold winters with little rainfall.
Climate temperate, which helps the grapes to grow without problems.
Soil: Clay subsoil covered by calcareous bodies with cracks
which allows good ventilation and soil moisture.
Winemaking method: The grapes are harvested at the exact
ready date - they are transported in cages to the winery
and are vinified with the most modern white winemaking methods.
Characteristics: Golden-green color, intense clarity and shiny appearance,
intense fruit aromas (peach, a little orange), balanced taste,
high acidity and freshness, full body slightly oily,
with a long aftertaste of spring fruits.
