WINING
The grapes are harvested at the end of August, 
after being transported to the winery in 22 kg cages. 
By faithfully following the white winemaking procedures, 
a quantity of 70% must result. The fermentation process 
takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures.

CHARACTERISTICS
The wine that results from this variety, 
has a distinctive lemony aroma and metallic taste. 
White-gold bright color, dry and full of freshness with a long aftertaste.

ACCOMPANYES
White meats, spaghetti, white cheeses and sauces with mild intensity.
