A special white wine from Kostis Dalamaras. 
Medium intensity, austere nose with aromas of citrus peel, 
herbs and floral notes. Medium body with high acidity and long aftertaste. 
It pairs well with difficult dishes such as taramo salad and salted or smoked fish, 
but will do just as well with more wine-friendly foods such as fried fish and shellfish.
