Assyrtiko 100% organic viticulture

Aging 3 months in old French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.

Harvested with traditional methods, with a gentle attitude towards the wort, 
absence of any oenological substance beyond a very small amount of sulphite, 
lack of clarification as well as filtering, make for a very special wine which, 
among other things, comes from medium sand-clay soil.

Golden color with slight turbidity. 
Pleasantly complex nose composed of citrus fruits, musk lemon, 
white fruits, fresh apple and honey. 
Exuberant and rounded body with light minerality and medium intensity 
acidity that result in a long and delightful aftertaste.

GASTRONOMY PAIRING: Fresh white cheeses, appetizers, green salads, 
traditional appetizers of the Mediterranean cuisine.
