- 60% Muscat of Alexandria, 30% Malagouzia and 10% Xinomavro.
- The white varieties (Moschato and Malagouzia) were fermented with the lees and mixed with Xinomavro, which has been traditionally managed (pressing with feet).
- The wine was bottled before the fermentation was finished, so that the process could be completed inside the bottle and the bubbles would be born naturally.
- Intensely fruity nose, with stone fruit and white-fleshed peach on the finish.
- In the mouth it has high acidity which underlines the fruit and highlights the bubbles.
