Vintage Assyrtiko collected from old vineyards, some of which are over 120 years old!
The name "34" refers to the 34 centuries of viticulture in Santorini. 
The wine matured in wine sludge for about nine months, 
while 10% of the mixture matured in oak barrels for five months.

Typical and strict Santorini with impressive complexity. 
Lemon with a restrained nose. Minerality and saltiness 
in the foreground are framed with notes of peach and citrus. 
Impressive structure and full oiliness! 
Salty, long aftertaste.
