Cuvee Monsignori, assyrtiko, with a light lemon-green color.
In its aroma stand out citrus fruits with emphasis on lemon,
grapefruit and orange peels, followed by notes of peach
and pear and at the end come some notes of minerals and tea.
In the mouth it is particularly complex and balanced
with its acidity being at very high levels,
the mineral elements being intense and its aftertaste being lemony.
It is one of the wines that can be aged for at least a decade.
