Particularly diverse soil, limestone,
clay and stony giving excellent potential to the vineyard,
where the gordon system is used. Malolactic fermentation
in stainless steel tanks imparted a richness and buttery character.
The wine was aged for 15 months in French and American barrels
and then remained for a few months in the bottle.
Tasting: Deep ruby color. Intense aromas of raisin and cherry,
spicy and floral combined with mineral elements.
Pleasant in the mouth with fine tannins and a long finish.
Pairing: Ideal with red meats, beef, lamb, braised meat,
tomato-based meals and soft cheeses.
