Estate Chatzigeorgiou Ifaistou Lava Red Natural Sweet 500ml

Naturally sweet wine from overripe grapes of the ancient Greek variety Limnio.

After drying the grapes for about two weeks, 
we leave them to ferment naturally 
for almost three months: the sweetness of the wine 
is nothing but the unfermented sugars of the grapes!

This is followed by aging for 6-8 years in large 
oak barrels with the aim of creating complex aromas and dense taste.
Consumed 10-12 c

It can be aged for a long time.
