Estate Vassaltis Pet Nat 750ml

The new proposal is a sparkling wine produced with the méthode ancestral, 
according to which no second fermentation is caused,
 but the wine is bottled before the completion of the alcoholic fermentation,
 with the result that the CO2 produced is 'trapped' inside the bottle . 

These wines, called Petillant Naturel (Pet-Nat for short), 
are relatively low in alcohol and usually contain some percentage of sugar.
 
Ripe citrus, peach and flowers on the nose, gentle sweetness on the palate, 
refreshing acidity and gentle bubbles. 

Vassiliou's Pet Nat is ideal for aperitifs, 
for fruit salads, for varieties of cheese and also for spicy dishes.
