April was released for the first time in the homonymous month of 2021 and is a dry rosé wine from the varieties limniona and xinomavro, the bubbles of which are produced by secondary fermentation in a closed tank.

It is a cool sparkling with finesse, balanced acidity and aromas of spring fruits and flowers.
