red fruit and some herbal hints. 
Crunchy acidity predominates in the mouth. 
The aromas of fresh fruit are strong and balanced with sugars. 
It has a medium body, mild foam of long duration and long aftertaste. 
The production of this excellent wine 
is limited and each bottle is numbered and dated by hand. 
You can combine Karanika Brut Cuvée Spéciale with 
a plate of cold cuts and cheeses, seafood, shellfish, 
and even white meat.
