Domaine Karanika | Cuvee Rose Brut 750ml

Light rosé color and medium aromatic intensity nose, 
in which the red fruit of Xinomavros is combined 
with aromas of toast and brioche, 
a result of the wine remaining with the lees 
in the bottle for a few months. 
Lively in the mouth, without the nervousness of 
the white brut Karanika, but with the acidity perfectly 
balancing the dosage (the mixture that gives the final 
sweetness to the sparkling wines according to the traditional method)
... The long-lasting and creamy foaming enhances 
the quality feeling who gives the wine.
