Estate Gerovasiliou Xinomauro 750ml

Rose wine from 100% xinomavro which stays with its 
wine lees for a few months, gaining in structure and body. 
It has a light pink salmon color and a strong aromatic 
character with aromas of citrus, forest fruits, cherry and strawberry.

In the mouth it is rich with notes of red fruit combined 
with light notes of rhubarb. It has good acidity and balance,
 but also a strongly aromatic aftertaste of sour cherry and cherry.

It is served to accompany lobster macaroni, 
saganaki shrimp with tomato, pasta with minced meat, 
oily, summer Mediterranean and exotic flavors.
