Malolactic conversion and maturation in concrete tanks and barrels. Deep purple color, with seductive aromas that express elegance, complexity and intensity of gooseberries, cherry blueberries, chocolate and spices. Silky tannins, fruit extraction and a rich body with a long finish.
Excellent with red meat and fine sauces, mature cheeses, truffles and mushrooms.
