Character: Bright but also deep color with aromas 
of ripe black fruits and spices, coffee and cocoa. 
Gentle tannins that give it strength and balance. 
Persistent and repetitive aftertaste of spices.
Varieties: Limnio, Mavroudi and Mavrotragano.
Vinification: Extraction of alcohol and malolactic 
fermentation in suitable oak tanks of Burgundy.
Aging: 12 to 18 months in new French oak barrels. 
It can be additionally aged for 15-20 years.
Serving suggestion: Served at 16-18 ° C with meat, game and spicy sauces.
