are progressively enhanced as the wine breathes

and are complemented by vanilla, allspice and black pepper.

Wet soil, mushroom, olive paste and tobacco add depth,

while the characteristic tomato paste gradually

makes its presence felt, expressing the variety at its best.

In the mouth, a medium volume body with strong,

extremely well-worked tannins that fit nicely and tie

harmoniously from the noticeable acidity.

Tomato is more spicy in the mouth accompanied

by strawberry and discreet wood and tobacco.
