An Irish blend, with an amber color, peppery taste with hints of lemons, wood and vanilla, light body, fruity, with flavors of citrus, vanilla and a complex long finish.
With the originality of drying the barley in closed containers and not in peat fires, it has no smells and tastes of smoke and peat. Triple distillation results in a "pure" whiskey in taste and aromas.
