Tsipouro without anise Loukatos 700ml

This classic Greek distillate is prepared in a similar

style to the Italian grappa with double distillation

of dark berries after a slow, mass fermentation of whole fruits.

The result is a surprisingly charming spirit with

endless aromas of rose petals, black plums, figs and green vines.

The liquid has a nice weight on the palate and the flavors

are consistent with the nose, adding a very long note of raisin

rum that hangs on the back of the palate.

This version from the Loukato Distillery is prepared

in the preferred way of Greece, without the use of anise.
