Tequila Fortaleza is produced the way tequila was 
made 150 years ago. The traditional way of preparation 
preserving the ancient methods of baking in small brick ovens, 
the traditional Tahona stone mill and fermentation in wooden tanks, 
gives a unique experience to the result and encloses 
all the elements of the tradition and the region in the final product.

Fortaleza Blanco is produced from 100% blue agave grown 
in the Tequila region of Mexico in a lush valley at 
an altitude of 1,200 meters. Where the plants grow for 
seven to eight years, under the warmth of the Mexican sun, 
nourished by the summer rains, and protected from the harsh and cold winter winds.

The result; A tequila with a wonderful character, which fascinates 
from its impressive bottle to its long aftertaste.

Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is one of the best white tequilas 
out there and is characterized by complex and refined aromas. 
Earthy and herbal elements prevail in a set that is completed 
with notes of spices and vanilla.

It is worth noting that Tequila Fortaleza is the legacy of Guillermo Sauza, 
6th generation of the family and grandson of Don Javier, 
who was the owner of the 1st tequila brand exported from Mexico.
