Zacapa Centenario 23years Sistema Solera Rum 700ml

Maturation takes place at an inconceivable altitude of 2300 meters, almost above the clouds. The rum matures slowly, acquiring monumental complexity, in a solera system (from barrels of American whiskey, sherry and Pedro Ximenez) where spirits of different ages are mixed. Zacapa 23 contains rum from 6 to 23 years old. Moderate amber color, with aromas of caramelized fruits, spices, honey, cocoa, nuts and vanilla. Enjoy it plain with a little ice accompanied by dark chocolate, dried fruits or nuts.
