Ouzo Pitsiladi Plomariou 700ml

An authentic ouzo from Plomari, Ouzo Pitsiladi, is of unique quality from 100% distillate.

Since 1957, the Pitsiladi distillery produces only ouzo with the traditional method of burning wood, by boiling in abysses.

The traditional way of production is done by soaking anise and cereal seeds in the sea. Distillation is done in old copper pots on a fire made of olive wood.

Character: Elegant and with a rare match. Rich and nice aroma, with balanced taste and discreet sweetness.
