Peter F. Heering Cherry is a cherry-flavored liqueur, with the original recipe dating back to 1818. It is made by crushing cherries and then mixing them with sugar, spices and alcohol. It matures in cellars in Dalby for three years. Character: Intense, spicy aromas of sour cherries and coriander, with marzipan in the background.
