Bailey's is an Irish liqueur first created in 1974 based on whiskey and cream. Cream and whiskey have been homogenized to form an emulsion as whiskey is used to preserve the cream. Bailey's is dominated by flavors and aromas of vanilla, chocolate and caramel.
