Αpricot Liqueur - I'Abricot du Roulot 500ml
Apricot liqueur is made from seedless apricots
and then soaked in 96% neutral alcohol. The infusion of apricots lasts about 5-6 months. This wetting is then diluted with water
to reach 25% alcohol and sugar is added. Generally, a liqueur has a sugar level of 250 g / L but Roulot initially
reduced this amount to 175 g / L and eventually reaches 160 g / L today. This balance between the alcohol level and the sugar
level has made this liqueur famous.
