Handmade Gin with mimosa extract. It is of very small production and excellent quality with very delicate and fine aromas that highlight the extremely pure cereal extract from which it comes, the 10 herbs that are extracted and has a wonderfully pure mulberry aroma. The new copper abyss in which it is distilled was the first new abyss in London after 200 years. Particularly complex with freshness and purity of fruit but also spicy hints.
