The producers of Grace Gin, researched and experimented for twelve months with the recipe, until they came up with the 13 herbs and extraction techniques that they would use.
Thus, they first applied batch distillation to flavor the alcoholic base with the 8 herbs: juniperberries, angelica root, orris root, citrus peels (lemonpeels, orangepeels), cardamom (coriander), coriander ) and Indonesian cinnamon (cassia).
Then they took only the heart, to enhance it aromatically with the process of water vapor distillation, the technique used to produce essential oils.
In addition to the original aromatics, they added spruce leaves, myrtle leaves and orange blossoms from Evia and combined them perfectly with Crete cream and pink pepper.
In order to keep the aromas, from the botanical elements, rich and lively, a discreet filtration was applied.
