Taste characteristics: Etsu gin with its particularly floral character, comes from the island of Hokkaido in Japan and its name in Greek means "pleasure". Various spices, tea leaves, berries and fresh citrus fruits are used for its preparation - mainly orange, orange and of course yuzu. However, the full herbal flavor profile that makes Etsu stand out remains a secret, as well as the recipe on which it is based. Etsu is the ideal gin for the preparation of a classic gin & tonic, but it can be consumed plain with ice, along with a few mint leaves.
