In northern Greece, in the Xeropotamos-Drama valley, a region of rugged-beautiful nature and crystal-clear springs, the native wild Arquitos was a plant with long tradition for its multiple benefits. The bitter aroma of wild Arctic fruits, combined with a unique recipe of local herbs, gathered from the surrounding mountains, are subjected to multiple distillation in the unique design of a pair of copper stills, resulting in a thin, velvety and exquisite Gin.
